Our First Meeting
Nobody starts this journey because they have it all figured out. My clients often first come into the therapy space tired, worn out, guarded, and confused on how they even got here. In our sessions I encourage my clients to notice and observe what is going on within them with a generous amount of loving kindness toward themselves. I invite my clients to be honest and fully expressive of their experiences. Yes, I welcome you to pace, move your body, get angry, cry -- this is a space for healing and authenticity. You get to show up fully as yourself and I will meet you with curiosity, warmth, and openness about whatever you are bringing to the hour. Over time, we notice a shift, gentle and subtle at first, but ever growing with each session until one day you come to me with a tender appreciation for the person you used to be and great confidence in the person you have become. You're still the same person, but you have reconnected to your center, your core, your true Self -- and this...this is where you have found your healing. Who I Am
Born and raised on a wheat farm in Texas, I moved to Colorado in my early 20’s to pursue a career as a therapist and to get closer to the Rocky Mountains. Shortly after moving here I began providing therapy to Colorado residents in 2015. I began my career working with at risk children, teens, and families in a day treatment and residential program. I then transitioned to working with adults of all ages in the outpatient setting, along with teens and parents in the school setting. I now provide therapy for moms, dads, young adults, teens, and women to help my clients find wellness within using IFS therapy. Click here to learn more about IFS therapy.

When I’m not pursuing my passion of meeting with clients, I find joy in the simple things—playing with my two kids on the floor, taking a walk around the neighborhood, practicing yoga wherever I can, or making a new recipe. I value humor, intentionality, humility, and spirituality in both my work as a therapist and my role as a wife and mom. I find deep satisfaction in relationships both professional and personal, and I approach new relationships with an abundance of curiosity and compassion.
