FAQ

Here are frequently asked questions about my practice. If you have questions not answered here, please outreach me via email at shookcounseling@gmail.com and I will answer your questions as soon as possible. 

What types of issues do clients come to you for?

Clients may seek out my services for anxiety, depression, trauma, anger, or struggling with life transitions (such as career changes, divorce, adding a member to the family, etc) that are getting in the way of the life they want to live. 

Where are you located?

I currently am available for virtual sessions for clients located in the entire state of Colorado.  I am also available for in office visits at 6595 S. Dayton Street, Greenwood Village, CO 80111

Do you accept insurance?

I currently accept Kaiser, Aetna, Cigna, and Blue Cross Blue Shield.

What is your cancellation policy?

Shook Counseling requires a 24hour cancellation notice. If sessions are not cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, the client is required to pay the session price in full.
