Steps
1. Fill out the inquiry form and let me know you would like to use your Kaiser Permanente insurance to cover services.

2. We will schedule a consultation call to make sure I'm able to meet your needs and I will gather your Kaiser health insurance information.
​
3. I will verify I am able to accept your particular plan and what your potential co-pay will be.
​
4. We will start meeting weekly or bi-weekly to help you reconnect with yourself.
